随着环保要求越来越严,传统的涂装行业表面预处理——磷化、陶化工艺正在逐渐被淘汰。磷化处理含有磷、锌、镍、锰等有害重金属,处理温度较高,废水、废渣处理较复杂;陶化处理含锆等重金属,废水处理操作繁琐,且处理过程中需额外使用纯水,增加企业负担。


With increasingly strict environmental protection requirements, traditional surface pretreatment methods in the coating industry—phosphating and phosphating conversion coating—are gradually being phased out. Phosphating contains harmful heavy metals such as phosphorus, zinc, nickel, and manganese,and involves high processing temperatures with complex wastewater and residue treatment; phosphating conversion coating contains heavy metals like zirconium, with complicated wastewater treatment operations, and requires additional use of pure water during processing, increasing the burden on enterprises.

Phosphating Line Converted to Silane Line


佛山某电器企业,专业生产烤箱、冰箱、洗衣机、油烟机、电饭煲、微波炉、烤炉等电子电器产品,同时给其它品牌电器做加工,其生产线是标准的流水线喷淋式作业涂装。

A certain electrical appliance company in Foshan specializes in manufacturing electronic appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, washing machines, range hoods, rice cookers, microwave ovens, and grills, while also processing appliances for other brands. Its production line is a standard assembly line with spray coating operations.


2020年以前使用的是磷化产品,产品不仅不环保而且不稳定。2021年1月正式上线安美免水洗硅烷产品,常温操作,无磷环保,废水易处理。目前已经正常使用1年多时间,降低近一半的生产成本。

Before 2020, phosphating products were used, which were not only environmentally unfriendly but also unstable. In January 2021, Amer's waterless silane product was officially launched, operating at room temperature, phosphorus-free and environmentally friendly, with easy wastewater treatment. It has now been in normal use for more than one year, reducing production costs by nearly half.
