定期换油是设备保养的关键。但若遇到不专业或不负责的换油团队，采用“旧油勾兑新油”的违规操作：

Regular oil changes are crucial for equipment maintenance. However, if you encounter unprofessional or irresponsible oil change teams, they may resort to illegal practices such as “diluting old oil with new oil”:

仅将油箱内旧油抽出后直接加注新油，而未对系统内部进行彻底清洗，不仅会使新油加块变质，并且因液压管道内壁及液压系统内部残留的大颗粒废屑、油泥、漆膜及金属磨屑未得到及时清除，从而加速液压元件和油泵的磨损。一顿操作猛如虎，最终可能致使价值百万的设备严重损坏。

Simply draining the old oil from the tank and refilling it with new oil without thoroughly flushing the system not only accelerates the degradation of the new oil but also fails to remove large particles of debris, sludge, varnish, and metal shavings that remain on the inner walls of hydraulic lines and within the hydraulic system. This neglect hastens the wear and tear of hydraulic components and oil pumps. Such reckless operation may ultimately cause severe damage to equipment worth millions.

★换油工具Oil Change Tools

抽油泵（带油管）、精密滤油机（特殊过滤需求带好备用滤网或滤袋）、工业吸尘器、油刮子、测温枪、停机标识牌、内窥镜摄像机、装旧油的空桶、毛巾（擦拭）。

Oil pump (with oil hose), precision oil filter (bring spare filter cartridges or bags for special filtration needs), industrial vacuum cleaner, oil scraper, infrared thermometer, shutdown sign, endoscope camera, empty drum for used oil, towels (for wiping).

★现场需客户提供On-site customer requirements

柴油（清洗不锈钢滤网及管接头），碎布（擦设备及泄露油）、油箱螺丝打开工具、密封胶（视油箱密封）。

Diesel fuel (for cleaning stainless steel filters and pipe fittings), rags (for wiping equipment and spilled oil), tank bolt removal tool, sealant (as needed for tank sealing).

★仔细检查Thorough Inspection

检查设备是否漏油、油品有无乳化和磨损杂质，便于找故障点并提前处理。

Check for oil leaks, emulsified oil, or wear debris to identify potential failure points and address them proactively.

★放警示牌Post Warning Signs

客户机修电工停机断电，电源开关挂牌上锁，设备现场放警示牌。

Customer maintenance electricians must shut down and de-energize equipment, lock out power switches, and post warning signs at the work site. 

★确认油品、清洗油箱外杂物

Confirm Oil Specifications & Clean Tank Exterior

确认油液种类型号、准备工具，用于机台配备的气管吹扫机台上的碎屑，清理油箱外部杂物。

Verify oil type and grade. Prepare tools. Use the air hose provided with the machine to blow away debris from the equipment. Clean external contaminants from the oil tank.

★拍照Take Photographs

从油箱内抽取旧油样200ML拍照保存。

Draw a 200ml sample of old oil from the tank and photograph it for record-keeping.

★铺设吸油棉或纸板

Lay Down Oil-Absorbent Mats or Cardboard

设备旁边地上铺好吸油棉或纸板，防止污染机台和地面。

Place oil-absorbent mats or cardboard on the floor beside the equipment to prevent contamination of the machine and surrounding area.

★油泵抽出旧油Pump Out Old Oil

用专用油泵装置抽出油箱内的旧油。

Use a dedicated oil pump to extract the old oil from the tank.

★去除油箱油垢和杂质Remove Tank Residue and Impurities

用强力吸油清洗机去除油箱底部的残油、污垢，擦拭油箱内表面的油污、锈迹。

Use a powerful oil suction cleaner to remove residual oil and grime from the tank bottom. Wipe away oil stains and rust from the tank's inner surfaces.

★手工擦拭和清洁油箱Manual Wiping and Tank Cleaning

用清洗油手工擦拭清洁油箱，清洁油箱内部及磁力棒。

Manually wipe the tank clean using cleaning oil. Clean the tank interior and magnetic rod.

★加入清洗油Add flushing oil

加入同型号油至油箱，至油位表位计下限位置，做清洗油。

Add oil of the same grade to the tank until it reaches the lower limit on the oil level gauge to serve as flushing oil.

★油品循环运行冲洗Circulate oil for flushing

启动液压系统空载运行、让油品循环运行冲洗系统20分钟或回油循环两遍以上(如污染严重可重复循环)。

Start the hydraulic system and run it under no-load conditions. Circulate the oil through the system for 20 minutes or complete at least two return oil cycles (repeat if contamination is severe).

★观察Observation

观察油位是否充足，吸油口是否有油漏出，若油位不够则补加冲洗油。

Check oil level adequacy and inspect suction port for oil leakage. Top up with flushing oil if level is insufficient.

★精密过滤Precision filtration

冲洗后抽出清洗油品并经过精密过滤到洁净的油桶。

After flushing, drain the cleaning oil and precision-filter it into a clean oil drum.

★再次手工擦拭清洁油箱Clean the fuel tank again by hand wiping.

用高清内窥摄像机拍照检查确认是否清洗彻底。

Use a high-definition endoscopic camera to take photos and verify thorough cleaning.

★放掉旧油、注满新油Drain old oil and fill with new oil

放掉各存油液压元件壳体内的旧油并注满新油。
Drain old oil from the reservoirs of all hydraulic components and fill with new oil.

★更换滤芯Replace filter elements

清除过滤器的旧油，更换全新吸油滤芯、回油滤芯、高压滤芯，液压回油滤芯、油箱空气滤芯。
Remove old oil from the filters and replace all suction filters, return filters, high-pressure filters, hydraulic return filters, and tank air filters with new ones.

★精密滤油机加油Filling with a Precision Oil Filter

用精密滤油机给油箱加入新油至油箱液位计½以上位置，确保新油洁净度。
Use a precision oil filter to add new oil to the tank until the level exceeds the halfway mark on the tank gauge, ensuring the new oil's cleanliness.

★连接油管放到旧油桶Connect Oil Line to Used Oil Drum

拆下回油总管或从回油集流阀座处连接油管放至接旧油桶。

Disconnect the return oil manifold or connect a hose from the return oil manifold seat to a used oil drum.

★排出旧油Drain Used Oil

开启系统空载运行，低速运行各油压机构，靠泵吸入新油通过回油总管排出系统内残余冲洗油，直至回油总管有新油溢出为止，然后安装拆下的回油管。

Start the system in no-load operation. Run all hydraulic mechanisms at low speed. Allow the pump to draw in fresh oil and expel residual flushing oil through the return oil manifold until fresh oil overflows from the manifold. Then reinstall the disconnected return oil line.

★安装Installation

安装部件，补加新油至油箱液位计充满油液，安装油箱盖及注油口密封盖。

Install components, top up the oil tank until the level gauge is fully filled, then secure the tank cap and filler port seal.

★检查Inspection

做好安全检查，协助开机，启动系统，检查调试设备至正常运行。

Conduct safety checks, assist with startup, activate the system, and commission the equipment until normal operation is achieved.

★拍照、检测Photography and Testing

从油箱抽样检测清洁度，现场对比并拍照，必要时检测油液各项指标及含水量。

Take samples from the oil tank for cleanliness testing, perform on-site comparisons and documentation. If necessary, test all oil parameters and moisture content.

★清洁记录Cleaning Log

清洁设备和地面；填写换油服务表并张贴到设备上，用设备管家APP做好设备管理及耗材备品管理，与客户签字确认换油完毕。

Clean equipment and floors; complete the oil change service form and post it on the equipment. Use the Equipment Manager app for equipment management and consumables inventory tracking. Obtain customer signature confirming completion of oil change.
