Can the hydraulic oil withstand the "baking test"?
液压系统高温运行是常态，抗氧化能力差的油品会快速“衰老”：颜色变深、产生油泥、堵塞滤芯！
High-temperature operation of hydraulic systems is the norm. Oils with poor antioxidant properties will rapidly "age": their color darkens, sludge forms, and filters become clogged!
测试方法：取少量油样放入透明玻璃容器，置于150℃烘箱中，100小时后观察颜色对比：
Testing method: Take a small sample of oil and place it in a transparent glass container, then put it in a 150℃ oven. After 100 hours, observe the color comparison:

The higher the PB value, the more it indicates that the hydraulic oil can maintain the oil film without breaking under greater pressure, and the stronger its anti-wear protection ability.
2.磨斑直径→越小越好！
磨斑直径小，减少部件摩擦，更能延长泵、阀等核心零件寿命。
2.Wear spot diameter → the smaller, the better!
A smaller wear spot diameter reduces component friction and can further extend the service life of core parts such as pumps and valves.

The Timing Revealed of the "Rotating Oxygen Bomb"
旋转氧弹测试（模拟高温高压氧化环境）直接反映液压油寿命，旋转氧弹时间越长 → 抗氧化越强 → 换油周期越长！
Rotating oxygen bomb test (simulating high-temperature and high-pressure oxidation environment) directly reflects the hydraulic oil life. The longer the rotating oxygen bomb time → the stronger the oxidation resistance → the longer the oil change interval!
四、“抗乳化”：进水后能快速分离

液压系统难免会进水，如果油的抗乳化性差，油和水混在一起变成 “奶白色”，不仅会破坏油膜，还会腐蚀部件。
The hydraulic system inevitably gets water ingress. If the oil has poor anti-emulsification properties, the oil and water mix together to form a "milky white" color, which not only destroys the oil film but also corrodes the components.
测试方法：
40ml油+40ml水倒入量筒，放进 54℃的温水里，搅拌 5 分钟后静置 30 分钟观察：
Test Method:
Pour 40ml of oil and 40ml of water into a graduated cylinder, place it in 54℃ warm water, stir for 5 minutes, then let it stand for 30 minutes to observe:
